Shipping confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has dispatched.
All shipping is free for UK orders. International shipping rates will be calculated during check out.
Our international shipping rate is a standard service and can take up between two - three weeks for delivery depending on destination.
If you are not satisfied with Happier toothpaste, please get in contact. We always welcome feedback so we can continue to improve our product
We love the toothpaste we make and think you will, too. If you don’t enjoy your first Happier experience please get in touch so that we can help you return or exchange your products within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
In fact, we’re so confident that you’ll love Happier, we’ll even cover the cost of return shipping if you decide Happier Beauty Toothpaste isn't for you.
Our full refund policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All products for refund must be returned to Happier. Your Happier Beauty Toothpaste must be returned in the original packaging. Please send your returned product to Happier Beauty, 21 Beechwood Avenue, Chatham, Kent ME5 7HH
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days. Please note this payment may take up to 10 working days to be shown in your credit card or bank account.
All orders, excluding pre-orders, are processed within 2 working days.
We are a small company, so if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will let you know by email if your order is going to be delayed.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that if pre-ordering a product, payment will be taken immediately via your selected payment method while your order will be shipped at a later date.
Orders will be fulfilled as soon as stock has been produced. We will let you know via email your expected shipment date.
Customs, duties and taxes
Happier Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer ie tariffs, taxes, etc
Happier is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
